to the Northern Wisconsin Reef Society!
We
are a group of marine aquarium lovers centered around the
Rhinelander, Wisconsin area. Our members span all the way from northern
Wisconsin to the Upper Penninsula of Michigan.
The
members of the Northern Wisconsin Reef Society (NWRS) are happy to
announce our 4th annual Frag Swap that will be held on March 17,
2012, co-hosted by our neighbors: the Upper Peninsula of Michigan
Marine Aquarium Society (UPMMAS)!

Rhinelander, WI.
When: Saturday, March 17th, 10:00am -
4:00pm cst. (Coral Trader setup,
Friday, 4:00 - 8:00pm & Saturday, 8:00 - 10:00 am)

We
are cordially inviting you to be a Coral Vendor at our event!
Final plans for this year's Swap are not complete yet. but I can say
this year will be bigger and better than last year. Our club
will again purchase a grand prize consisting of one pair (2) Vortec
MP10ew ES. In addition to the grand prize drawings, there
will be other raffle prizes, door prizes and the popular silent auction
(featuring LiveAquaria coral) making this event fun for everyone!
The event will be held at the Quality Inn. The hotel is
located at 668 West Kemp Street, Rhinelander, WI 54501. It is
the same location as last year's swap.
We are again making arrangements with the Quality Inn for special room
prices.
Trader
details are the same as last year (no price increases) and are the
following:
- The first 6' feet of table are $15 and includes one
free VIP raffle ticket package.
- Each additional 6' feet of table is $10.
- Maximum 18' feet of table space per each coral
vendor.
- A donation of one $20 certificate is required. The
certificate will be raffled to attendees and will be redeemed at your
table.
- Pre-sale section is available on our website.
Reasons
to be a vendor for our event:
- Last year we almost doubled our attendance and plan
to do even better this year.
- The total for last year's giveaways and
prizes totaled over $11,500.
There no other local swaps or regional
swaps that can match or exceed what we offer in prizes &
giveaways! This
attracts customers for you and you could win something as well!
- Our event has very low overhead (table &
room rates).
- Early Friday setup and a very helpful crew to help
you setup or takedown.
- We work with any coral vendor with special
requirements or space requests.
We
will be heavily promoting
this event through forums, websites
and direct email.
