We are cordially inviting you to be a Coral Vendor at our event!

Where: Quality Inn (Formally Holiday Inn), Rhinelander, WI.
When: Saturday, March 17th, 10:00am - 3:00pm cst. 

Coral Trader setup: Friday, 4:00 - 8:00pm* & Saturday, 8:00 - 10:00 am

* We are more than happy to acomidate a trader.  If you are arviving early or late, just let us know!

Our event will consist of the following:

Frag Swap: featuring 15+ local and large regional coral venders and 200+ attendees.

Speaker:  Our own Kevin Kohen will be doing a presentation.

Reef Q&A Table: Featuring Kevin Kohen (LiveAquaria Director), Matt Petersen (Expert Fish Breeder & Coral Magazine), Steve Krogh (LiveAquaria) & more!

Silent Auction: Donated coral from LiveAquaria.

Free Goody Bags: for all attendees

Coral Trader Gift certificates Drawing:  Free to all attendees.  The certificates can be redeemed at the Coral Traders Table.

Door Prize Raffles:  Drawings will be held at 11:30, 1:00 & 2:30cst.

Drs. Foster & Smith Retail Store will be offering a 10% discount on dry-goods purchased the day of our swap! Detailed information, the map/coupon and helpful shopping hints can be found:  HERE

 
The event will be held at the Quality Inn.  The hotel is located at 668 West Kemp Street, Rhinelander, WI 54501.  It is the same location as last year's swap.  We have made arrangements with the Quality Inn for special room prices. The price per double ocupancy is 64.99.  To the this price you need to call their direct number 715-369-3600 and tell the reseptionist you are registering for the Northern Wisconsin Reef Society Coral Swap.
 

 Trader details are the same as last year (no price increases) and are the following: 

• The first 6' feet of table are $15 and includes one free VIP raffle ticket package.
• Each additional 6' feet of table is $10.
• Maximum 18' feet of table space per each coral vendor.
• A donation of one $20 certificate is required. The certificate will be raffled to attendees and will be redeemed at your table.
• Pre-sale section is available on our website.

Reasons to be a vendor for our event:

• Last year we almost doubled our attendance and plan to do even better this year.
• The total for last year's giveaways and prizes totaled over $11,500.  There no other local swaps or regional swaps that can match or exceed what we offer in prizes & giveaways!  This attracts customers for you and you could win something as well!
• Our event has very low overhead (table & room rates).
• Early Friday setup and a very helpful crew to help you setup or takedown.
• We work with any coral vendor with special requirements or space requests.
